Before marriage

When looking back on my life, before I got married, I don't have many regrets.  I feel that I truly experienced what I wanted to experience before getting married, which in many instances helped my transition into marriage and adjusting to life away from Denver.

Some of my favorite things:
My Family..
My daddy!  <3

My sister and my 2 beautiful nephews.. I miss them so so much!

My lovely gomo..  I <3 you!

My 2 cousins in Korea..they might look young, but the one in the white shirt, Chanwook is in the Korean army, almost done in November of this year; and the one in the green shirt, Chanhyuk, is about to go to college!

Travelling..

and of course, my friends..

This is Jon oppa from LA.  Though not as close now, he has been in my life since 14-15 years ago.  Wow~ time definitely flies!  So many fond memories..when I used to visit LA 3-4 times a year, he & his family, definitely made me feel like a princess, and welcomed me, every single time.  I appreciate all that you do oppa!  :)

This is my best friend, Angie.  I <3 her!  We've known each other since freshman year of high school, believe it or not, and through all of our trials & tribulations, we have managed to stay close and grow to support & respect each other.  We've been through all of our major milestones in our lives together.  The strapping lad in the back is her husband, Friedrich.  I <3 him too!  The three of us definitely have a special relationship, since I am their matchmaker.  It's definitely a gamble when two people are introduced, and even more so when the two decide to get married.  Luckily, they've been together for over 8 years now, and married happily for 3 of those 8 years and still going strong.  Freddy & Angie took on a challenging role of putting up with me during my rebellious college years, and crazy dating life.  I am the type of person who wears my emotions on my sleeves, and even though I have a tough exterior, I am just a softie inside, so having Angie & Freddy as my sounding board and voice of reason, helped me get out of sticky situations at times.

This is Christie, my other best friend.  :)  Our relationship is very unique, since the three of us are very close.  Even though I've known Christie for a very long time (probably met during my high school days), we only started getting close over the past 5-6 years.  Christie has the brightest personality, and a smile that can melt even the toughest of hearts.  One of her best traits among others, is the way that she smiles when she talks.  It's a gift that I try to mimic but others don't seem to be too receptive to it.  I only hear that I give off the "creepy" vibe when I try to do it myself.  The glue that holds our group of friends together is of course our similar character traits; loyal, headstrong, independent, ambitious; but mainly because we respect each others' opinions and advice.  Now that the three of us live in different states, maintaining our friendship is definitely challenging, yet we manage to take time out of our busy lives to have "conference calls" every week.
